How To Place An Order?

To place your order, follow these steps :

  • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.
  • Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
  • After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
  • From there, you can either login to your existing Nomads of India account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.
  • Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

What Are The Wash Care Instruction On T-shirts?

Washing: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent & similar colors.

Drying: Tumble dry low, or hang-dry in shade for the longest life, don’t dry clean.

Ironing: Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron on decoration.

What Should I Do If My Payment Fails?

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

  • Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
  • If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at contact@nomadsofindia.com

We deliver all over India.

What Are The Delivery Charges?

Free shipping for online payments & COD charges ₹50 for order value below ₹1000.

Do You Have A Store Pickup Option?

No. Not at the moment.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Delivered?

The estimated delivery time for your order is between 6 to 8 working days.

How Can I Track My Order?

You will receive the tracking details through email. Additionally, you can find tracking information on your account page.

What If My Order Is Undelivered?

Delivery attempts will be made three times. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply. In case the order remains undelivered due to issues with our delivery partners or Nomads of India, a full refund will be issued.

How Do I Confirm My Order Status?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing comprehensive details about your order.

Additionally, you can conveniently log in to your account and navigate to the account page to track and stay updated on your order's status.

I Cannot Place An Order Online.

If you are unable to place an order online, you can reach out to us via our online chat or contact us through email at contact@nomadsofindia.com. Alternatively, you can call or Whatsapp us at 9987040755.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Our operations involve printing on demand with our vendor. This means that production begins soon after you place your order.

To cancel, you must do so before the order enters processing. After this stage, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the item may already be in production.

How Can I Pay For My Order?

You can make payments online using credit/debit cards or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).

I Won't Be Home To Collect My Order. What Should I Do?

If you won't be available to receive your order, you can authorize your family members or neighbors to collect it on your behalf. You can share the OTP received from our delivery partners to facilitate the collection.

I Have Received A Faulty/Damaged Product. What Do I Do?

In the unfortunate event that you have received a faulty or damaged product, kindly provide evidence of the issue by emailing us at contact@nomadsofindia.com or by reaching out to us on WhatsApp at 9987040755. Once we verify the legitimacy of the reported concern and confirm the product's condition, we will facilitate either a return and reshipment of the product, or you can opt for a refund for the affected item. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to resolve such matters promptly.

My Order Has Incorrect/Missing Item. What Do I Do?

We will promptly address the issue and work towards ensuring your order is rectified to your satisfaction.

Can I Exchange An Item?

Currently, we do not facilitate direct item exchanges. Nevertheless, feel free to reach out to us with details about your situation, and we will assess the circumstances to determine the best possible solution. Your satisfaction remains our priority, and we'll do our best to assist you accordingly

In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back?

No, the charges for Cash on Delivery (COD), shipping, or gifting are non-refundable and will not be credited back in the case of product returns
